Go-Ihram realizes that most people who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. Nevertheless, cancellations are costly to administer and involve dedicated staff time and communications costs.
Haj Package Cancellation:
- All cancellations made before handover of passport are entitled to full refund after deduction of Office charges or 14500 INR per Haji whichever is higher
- Cancellation made after Visa Processing and hotel booking are subject to nonrefundable of 35% deduction of total package cost.
- Cancellation made after flight ticket booking and other hajj facilities are subject to nonrefundable of 80% deduction of total package cost.
- Cancellations are based on per person bases. Please note, however, that reservations made after the final payment date are immediately subject to cancellation charges.
Umrah Package Cancellation:
- All cancellations made before handover of passport are entitled to full refund after deduction of payment gateway charges or 2000 INR per Haji whichever is higher
- Cancellation made after Visa processing and hotel booking are subjected to a nonrefundable of 50% deduction on total package cost.
- Cancellation made after Flight ticket booking and other amenities are subject to nonrefundable of 80% deduction on total package cost.
- Cancellations are based on per person bases. Please note, however, that reservations made after the final payment date are immediately subject to cancellation charges.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please send us a mail at info@goihram.com and contact a Go-ihram Customer Service Representative/Seller to receive any refund, if applicable, that may be due will be processed within 15 days after our receipt of your written notice of cancellation. Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees. Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your trip.
